The Chef’s Table experience encapsulates the long held Japanese tradition of respect and hospitality. Our menus are based on the evolving nature of seasonality and draw on the immense richness of our land and sea in Australia.

Exclusive bookings for The Chef’s Table can be made for up to 10 guests and can also be booked in conjunction with the Kuro Private Dining Room to accommodate larger groups.

A minimum spend on food and beverage will apply to secure the space, dependent on booking date and event timings. Liaise with our dedicated Events Team to discuss pricing and availability for your event, and curate an experience suited to your individual needs.
